We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, weights and images as accurately as possible.
As many of our jewellery pieces involve handcrafted processes, slight variations in finishing, detailing, stone placement, colour or appearance may occur between individual pieces.
Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and the display settings of the device being used.
Where dimensions and weights are provided, they should be treated as approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.
3. Silver Jewellery
Products described as 925 silver are made in accordance with the purity stated in the respective product description.
Gold plated, rose gold plated, rhodium plated, oxidised, antique or other finishes refer to the surface finish or plating of the jewellery and should not be interpreted as the jewellery being made entirely from that metal.
4. Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges, where applicable, will be displayed during the ordering or checkout process.
Prices, offers and promotions may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice. Any such change will not affect an order that has already been successfully confirmed, except where required by law or where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
5. Orders
Placing an order on our website does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order.
An order is subject to product availability, successful payment where applicable, verification of order information and acceptance by Mata Payals.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, payment failure, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect customer information or product unavailability.
If payment has already been received for an order that we are unable to fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
6. Payments
Payments must be made through the payment methods made available on our website at the time of checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the billing, contact and payment information provided is complete and accurate.
Mata Payals does not directly store complete card or banking credentials processed through third-party payment service providers.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance and may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, regulatory restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Silver jewellery and plated or finished jewellery may naturally change in appearance over time depending on usage, storage, exposure to moisture, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals and environmental conditions.
Customers should follow the care instructions provided with the product or on our website, where applicable.
Normal wear, tarnishing or changes to plating or finish resulting from use are not considered manufacturing defects unless otherwise determined under applicable law.

All content available on the Mata Payals website, including photographs, product images, videos, graphics, logos, text, designs and other creative material, is owned by or licensed to Mata Payals unless otherwise stated.
