INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are really excited to offer shipping to countries around the world. As the recipient, you might be liable for import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties in order to release your order from your respective country's customs on arrival. We do not offer return shipping for international orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Shipping Charge of âč3000 will be charged to all international orders.
- International deliveries could take anywhere from 3-5 business days depending on the country and custom procedures on arrival. Some orders, such as personalized orders, or pre-order items may take longer.
- We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping charges for orders below âč3000 will be charged the standard fee of âč100.
We offer free shipping on all orders over âč3000 Pan India.
- Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (i.e. Monday â Friday). Some orders, such as customized/personalized orders or pre-order items, may take longer.
- Once the parcel is dispatched Tracking details will be provided to the given email address and Whatsapp Number while placing the order

- Once an order is shipped, we unfortunately will not be able to make any changes to your order or delivery time.
- You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. Please track your shipment using tracking number.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Tracking Number/ details will be sent to the Email Address and Whatsapp Number provided while placing the order.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept all major international VISA, AMEX, or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our international payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are not included.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE POLICY
- We are happy to offer a 7-day international exchange policy (with store credit/ exchange only) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached. The only exception is for customized items, Free Gifts or SALE items - these items are FINAL SALE ONLY.
- To process a exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Please provide a un- boxing uninterrupted video (exactly how it was delivered). Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- Email us at support@matapayals.com with images and video of the products with un-boxing packaging and tags.
- Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the following. Please be sure that all items that are to be exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Please note that we currently do not offer exchange shipping on International orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees.
- Please contact our associate before processing a exchange, so we can guide you with the shipping process.
Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are non refundable.

Please Note:Â GST, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
